Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to store teams by offering friendly, practical HR support both virtually and through market travel to store locations
Address employee questions, concerns, and workplace matters with a service-first approach, focusing on solutions, empathy, and fair application of company policies
Help store leaders understand and apply HR policies, while reinforcing the why behind our practices and how they support our shared goals
Assist with employee relations cases, workplace complaints, and investigations with professionalism, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure legal and policy compliance while keeping communication transparent and people-focused
Support new initiatives including onboarding, training support, policy refreshes, and employee engagement activities
Help with recruitment tasks as needed, such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and contribute to an organized and responsive HR operation
Bring energy, ideas, and curiosity to HR team meetings and ongoing projects aimed at improving the employee experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of HR experience in a people-focused environment
Friendly, clear communicator who is great at listening, building trust, and offering guidance
A natural problem solver with strong follow-through and a service-first attitude
