Human Resources Manager

Kodiak, based in Missoula, Montana, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a broad scope of people operations onsite. The role covers recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and workforce development initiatives to support a productive and compliant workplace. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the organization
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Manage employee relations and conduct workplace investigations
• Guide performance management programs and disciplinary actions
• Oversee FMLA, ADA, and general leave administration
• Analyze compensation data and monitor market trends
• Coordinate onboarding and initiatives to boost employee engagement
• Ensure HR policies and regulatory compliance are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of human resources experience
• Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Experience with employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
