Job Description
Kodiak, based in Missoula, Montana, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a broad scope of people operations onsite. The role covers recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and workforce development initiatives to support a productive and compliant workplace. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the organization
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Manage employee relations and conduct workplace investigations
- Guide performance management programs and disciplinary actions
- Oversee FMLA, ADA, and general leave administration
- Analyze compensation data and monitor market trends
- Coordinate onboarding and initiatives to boost employee engagement
- Ensure HR policies and regulatory compliance are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of human resources experience
- Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience with employee relations and performance management
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
