Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District is hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and support a positive employee culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects and activities related to Human Resources
• Work to create and maintain a positive work culture for employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• HR Management experience: 5 years (required)
• Experience utilizing ADP as a HRIS (application question)
• HRCI or SHRM certification (preferred)
