Develop and analyze workforce data reports, identify trends, and recommend data-driven actions.
Ensure HR data integrity and compliance with privacy and information security standards.
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR practices across divisions.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for North Carolina operations when interfacing with regulators, auditors, investigators, and external partners.
Work closely with operational leaders to ensure HR support aligns with service delivery and organizational needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, government, or nonprofit environments.
Strong working knowledge of state-specific hiring standards, ADA, FMLA, and EEOC regulations.
Knowledge of North Carolina employment law, federal labor standards, and payer or regulatory compliance requirements preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources or Operations experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) is preferred.
Fundamental knowledge of human resource management and knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate logically and clearly in group and one-on-one settings.
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Role overview
