Position Summary
The HR Recruiter supports both talent acquisition and HR operations, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining accurate, compliant employee records. The role partners with hiring managers to keep the hiring pipeline active and ensures a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fill open positions
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate background checks
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment records
- Process onboarding documents, including I-9 forms
- Maintain employee records and support audits
- Respond to employee HR questions and assist with training and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with an HRIS system, preferably Paycom
- Commitment to integrity and confidentiality when handling HR files and records
- HR or recruitment certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
