Physician Recruiter

US Health Partners is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter (Cardiologist) to lead full-cycle recruitment for cardiology and cardiovascular subspecialty provider openings. This role supports strategic talent acquisition across a remote territory, with travel required to build relationships, coordinate hiring activities, and represent the organization in the market.

In this position, you will partner closely with clinical and strategic leadership to develop recruiting strategies, analyze regional trends, and manage candidate experiences from sourcing through offer distribution when applicable.

Role Overview

• Develop recruitment strategies and implement them with clinical and strategic leadership to attract and retain cardiology talent for open practice needs.
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership to create talent acquisition plans aligned to organizational goals and market trends for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders within the territory to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition issues and regional market trends.
• Oversee the full recruitment process for requisitions, including sourcing, phone screening, coordinating interviews, and, in some cases, distributing and negotiating offers.
• Ensure a seamless experience for both leadership and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with top cardiologists and cardiology subspecialty providers, including passive candidates, to keep them engaged and informed about opportunities.
• Provide high-touch support and career counseling throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to track industry trends, emerging talent, and compensation benchmarks.
• Use market insights to advise clinical and organizational leadership on how to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Monitor recruitment activity performance using KPIs.
• Work with recruiting leadership to prepare detailed reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and achievements against recruitment targets.
• Represent USHP at industry events, conferences, and through professional networks to improve brand presence and attract top cardiology talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a talent recruiter, preferably in healthcare or cardiovascular health.
• In-depth understanding of cardiovascular healthcare, including key specialties, certifications, and market dynamics.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and communication abilities with a track record of building relationships with medical professionals.
• Proficiency using sourcing tools, marketing, databases, and social media platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition are a plus.
• Preferred certifications: CPRP, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.

Location and Travel

• Location: Remote (strongly preferred in or near Stuart/Jupiter, FL).
• Travel: 20%
