Physician and APP Recruiter

In this onsite Indiana role under the Manager Provider Services, the Physician and APP Recruiter drives full lifecycle hiring and retention for physicians and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and retention of APPs and physicians for PPG and the Health System.
• Coordinate recruiting-related activities with PPG lines of business and Parkview Health Service Lines.
• Partner with the Manager Provider Services, PPG, Service Line Leadership, and other system leaders to align APP and physician recruitment with the organization’s growth strategies.
• Perform professional and administrative functions that support the full lifecycle of APP and physician recruiting.
• Maintain excellent relationships with candidates, leaders, and the community at-large.

Role Summary

• Reports to the Manager Provider Services and leads recruitment and retention efforts for APPs and physicians for PPG and the Health System.
• Coordinates hiring initiatives with PPG lines of business and Parkview Health Service Lines.
• Collaborates with PPG, Service Line Leadership, and other system leaders to ensure recruitment plans support system growth strategies.
• Handles a range of professional and administrative tasks to support full lifecycle recruiting.
• Builds and maintains strong candidate and stakeholder relationships, including leaders and the community.
