Recruiter

Recruiter position at OneTouch Direct in Brandon, FL focused on leading talent acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment, and supporting team growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment for roles within the Brandon, FL office, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
• Create and execute recruiting strategies tailored to the Brandon talent market using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting expertise and guidance.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the process.
• Leverage applicant tracking systems to track progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
• Monitor local labor market trends and recruiting best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies in the Brandon area.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high quality candidates in the Brandon market.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
