Recruiter

Danos, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring across multiple regions, including South TX, Permian, Delaware, Gulf Coast, and the Rockies. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee numerous active requisitions in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Evaluate resumes to determine qualifications and fit.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Identify candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, ATS searches, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Publish vacancies in the ATS and on external job boards.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to review openings, hiring priorities, and candidate requirements on a regular basis.
• Provide regional recruiting support as needed, balancing workload across regions.

Requirements

• Two or more years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector or a related field strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Technologically adept with the ability to quickly learn new systems, ATS platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist where required.
• Must satisfy the conditions associated with a conditional job offer.
