Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through pipelines for multiple clients at once
• Outbound calls and texts every day; this is not a passive sourcing role
• Working multiple client accounts and roles at the same time
• Tracking your own activity and owning your numbers
• Communicating with a manager who is direct and expects the same back
• Adjusting quickly when priorities shift
• Place candidates across insurance, sales, and specialty verticals with a client base that spans Florida and beyond
