Corporate Recruiter

Vaco LLC is hiring an Onsite Corporate Recruiter for a direct hire role in Winston-Salem, NC. In this position, you will work closely with hiring managers to run full-cycle recruiting for both professional salaried and hourly roles, while also building talent pipelines for near- and long-term hiring needs.

The role includes proactive sourcing, candidate screening coordination, and support for college and community recruiting initiatives, including early-career and internship efforts.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source qualified candidates, including passive talent and candidates for hard-to-fill skill sets.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current openings and future hiring.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screens, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the candidate evaluation and selection process.
• Prepare and extend offers and support pre-employment processes.
• Develop relationships with colleges, schools, and community organizations to support talent pipelines.
• Support internship and early-career recruiting initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate records.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition or Corporate Recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting a mix of salaried and hourly roles.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to identify talent.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and manage expectations throughout the recruiting process.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred background

• Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred.

Compensation and location

• Location: Winston-Salem, NC (onsite)
• Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year
