Job Description
Join an established recruiting team in Lancaster, TX (onsite) as a degreed Recruiter supporting hiring nationwide and in Miami.
- Primary focus: fill Sales Rep roles across cities nationwide
- Additional focus: recruit for core corporate positions in Miami
- Recruit for assigned markets by identifying employed and confidentially sourced candidates
- Source talent using multiple approaches, including:
- Mining resumes on job boards
- Internet and social media search
- Career service websites
- True headhunting
- Complete selected human resources functions, including:
- Drug testing
- Background checks
- Reference checks
- Travel: minimal travel may be required
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree Required
- Minimum experience: 1 years
- Friendly, outgoing style and the drive to work in a fast-paced environment
- Staffing or recruiting experience plus headhunting experience (preferred)
- Comfort and confidence using recruiting tools such as Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Telephone skills suitable for active candidate outreach
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Cooperative approach and willingness to work with others
