Job Summary

We are looking for a Remote Bilingual Recruiter who thrives in fast paced logistics environments and can sustain large candidate pipelines while supporting warehouse startups across several states. This position is mainly remote, with 20 to 30 percent travel for onsite hiring events, ramp ups, and operational launches. The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Spanish and English, is tech savvy, and can manage multiple hiring priorities in tandem with Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high volume warehouse recruitment by sourcing, screening, and filling roles such as warehouse associates, leads, and support staff across various markets.
• Oversee remote recruiting operations, including requisitions, candidate pipelines, and communications via ATS, sourcing platforms, and digital tools.
• Travel 20 to 30 percent of the year to support new site startups, orientations, and urgent staffing needs.
• Engage bilingual candidates through interviews, orientations, and ongoing communication in both Spanish and English.
• Operate in a tech enabled recruiting environment, utilizing ATS, Google Workspace, video interview tools, and digital onboarding platforms.
• Maintain compliance with hiring standards by ensuring accurate documentation and completion of I 9 and E Verify processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 20 to 30 percent of the year.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience; logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable using ATS systems, digital tools, and remote-work technology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities.
