Job Description
The Recruiter role supports Gulfside Healthcare Services in driving talent acquisition and full lifecycle recruitment through innovative sourcing strategies. This onsite position focuses on timely fill of vacancies at the Corporate Resource Center in Land O' Lakes, FL, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing operations using cutting edge tools and creative resources to identify qualified candidates.
- Establish proactive relationships with hiring managers and candidates to streamline recruitment.
- Stay compliant with employment laws and regulations to minimize legal risk.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage Position Control and related processes.
- Post vacancies accurately and promptly, employing proactive language to attract applicants.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations team to leverage social media for candidate attraction.
- Expand candidate pools by engaging community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.
- Plan and participate in internal and community outreach events to showcase available roles.
- Maintain internal job notifications for internal candidates and transfers.
- Conduct intake interviews with hiring managers at posting to confirm role scope and sourcing opportunities.
- Evaluate applicants and perform pre screening as needed.
- During initial interviews, conduct assessments and share findings with the hiring manager.
- Assist with scheduling interviews as requested.
- Provide candidates with information about the organization, opportunities, and benefits.
- Prepare salary recommendations for director approval and draft offer letters.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the organization’s benefits offerings.
- Develop a solid understanding of the organizational structure and current positions.
- Support the Human Resources Department in achieving its goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of full cycle recruitment experience, including at least two years in healthcare recruitment.
- Associate degree preferred.
- HR certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SPC, SHRM-PC or related credentials preferred.
- Expert knowledge of emerging sourcing techniques, systems, and operations with familiarity with Position Control functions preferred.
- Proven understanding of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional communication abilities for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates.
