Recruiter

Apogee Architectural Metals is hiring a full-time Recruiter in Monett, MO (onsite) to support Architectural Metals recruiting and production hourly hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
• Own full lifecycle recruiting from planning through sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring
• Design and run recruiting strategies using multiple channels, including:
  • Online sourcing databases
  • Employee referrals
  • Cold-calling
  • Professional organizations and associations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers; advise on talent landscape and recruiting strategy
• Grow external networks and apply new approaches to source and secure top talent
• Stay current on external market factors, recruiting best practices, and emerging recruiting trends
• Use Workday Recruiting and related ATS tools to track and manage the recruiting process
• Follow established recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improved practices
• Set up repeatable routines for consistent communication with hiring managers and internal partners
• Support a positive candidate experience throughout recruiting and hiring
• Report key recruiting and sourcing metrics; use data and analytics to guide future recruiting efforts
• Advance company diversity & inclusion strategy and related initiatives
• Assist with relationships and coordination for external search firms/agencies when applicable
• Provide general HR support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing industry
• Agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with ATS and related platforms; Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred
• Strong business and recruiter acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
• Proven ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Ability to work effectively with candidates and managers at all levels
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
