Recruiter

Leddy Group is hiring a Recruiter in Andover, MA for an onsite full-time role. In this position, you will own recruiting from start to finish, helping drive hiring outcomes while supporting a smooth, positive experience for candidates.

The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to align staffing needs with practical sourcing and selection strategies. You will maintain organized applicant tracking in Paycom and provide timely updates to key stakeholders as candidates move through the process.

What you’ll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through networking, community partnerships, colleges and universities, and job fairs.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates and maintain ongoing engagement within talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking data in Paycom.
• Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers, candidates, and leadership.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or full-cycle recruiting environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

Schedule and pay

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, full time, onsite.
• Pay depends on experience, $33 to $35 per hour.
