Pentagon Technologies is hiring a Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across facilities in a hybrid setup from Hayward, CA.

Own the full-cycle recruiting workflow: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Manage high volumes of open requisitions while maintaining strong quality and speed-to-fill performance.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and share market insights.
Source talent using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
Run phone screens and assess candidates against role requirements and company culture fit.
Coordinate interviews and keep consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
Extend offers and support pre-employment activities.
Maintain accurate, current recruiting records in the applicant tracking system (Paycom).

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Recruiting experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, or other technical environments.
Experience using Paycom or a similar applicant tracking system.
Experience recruiting for production, skilled trades, engineering, quality, or operations roles.
