Recruiter - URGENTLY HIRING

Onsite recruiter role in Twinsburg, OH with Express Employment Professionals, focused on rapid sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates while building client relationships in a fast paced, sales oriented environment.

Location: Twinsburg, OH (onsite) • Salary: USD 45,000 - 65,000 per year • Experience required: 3+ years in staffing

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to new and existing accounts, establishing rapport around immediate and upcoming staffing needs
• Recruit, interview, screen, and cultivate relationships with large volumes of candidates to help them pursue rewarding careers
• Fill open positions with urgency to support client business success
• Maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention for associates and client partners
• Learn and manage the automated applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with the owner, business development manager, outside sales, and the corporate office to meet or exceed targets

Requirements

• Staffing experience is required
• Minimum of 3 years in staffing or recruitment

Technologies

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office suite
