Job Description
Recruiting HR Partner at the University of South Florida, onsite in Tampa, collaborates with hiring managers to source and place both exempt and non-exempt roles while building strong talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruitment for the Tampa campus using creative and cost effective sourcing to fill exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Proactively partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Evaluate position requirements and candidate qualifications to ensure alignment and provide insightful assessments.
- Interview applicants to assess work history, education, training, and job skills.
- Develop and maintain internal and external networks to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
- Use innovative sourcing and branding techniques to engage active and passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Glassdoor.
- Represent the organization at local job fairs and recruiting events.
- Track, monitor, and report ongoing recruiting activities through Oracle to ensure data integrity for metrics and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and two years of HR related experience, or Master's degree in an area of specialization appropriate for the program.
- Six years of HR-related experience or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of high-volume recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Oracle.
- Significant experience using the full recruiting capabilities of LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
- Strong ability with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
