The Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual) role at Verstela focuses on connecting with job seekers and supporting candidates through the hiring process. This onsite position in Everett, WA involves coordinating interview scheduling, maintaining talent records, and aligning qualified applicants to open roles, with strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
Role Overview
As a Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual), you will help move candidates through the recruiting workflow. Key activities include scheduling interviews, ensuring open positions are progressing toward filled status, and maintaining accurate records for recruiting documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants
- Support the process to ensure centralized open positions are filled
- Advance qualified candidates through the recruiting process and schedule branch next steps
- Maintain accurate talent records
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or inside sales industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- MS Office proficiency

Compensation
Hourly pay range: $23.63 - $27.14 per hour.
Schedule and Location
- Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
