In this onsite role in Brooklyn, NY, you’ll work directly with hiring managers, community partners, and candidates to deliver full-cycle recruiting outcomes and track recruiting performance through key KPIs.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a range of roles across multiple locations and organizational levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, evaluate hiring strategies, and support successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, community outreach, networking, and sourcing methods.
  • Create and sustain partnerships with community organizations, schools, military bases, and other external groups to strengthen recruiting efforts.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, pre-employment background checks, and onboarding.
  • Track and report recruiting KPIs and metrics, including candidate flow, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate, agency, or military recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer service.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve results using data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Minimal travel as needed for training, team meetings, job fairs, recruiting events, and community engagement.

Benefits and pay

  • Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Medical/dental/vision plus physical and mental health initiatives.

Language requirement: English proficiency is required. Federal, state, and local requirements, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, require training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications to be conducted in English.
