Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Job Description
Majestic Care seeks a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner to design and execute a data-driven recruiting strategy across its regional communities. Based in Westfield, Indiana with a hybrid work setup, this role partners with regional and community leaders to align workforce plans with census, acuity, and growth initiatives while building pipelines to support current staffing and future expansion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional and community leadership to design workforce and hiring plans aligned with census trends, patient acuity, and growth objectives.
- Offer expert guidance on recruitment strategies, labor market conditions, and current hiring trends.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on selection decisions and workforce challenges.
- Drive innovative sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, digital channels, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain networks of passive candidates for future opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across the region.
- Screen and interview management-level candidates; coach leaders on selection best practices.
- Manage high-volume recruiting for clinical roles to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Lead local and regional employer branding efforts to boost candidate engagement and awareness.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and healthcare training programs.
- Develop partnerships with schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated, compliant, and effectively utilized.
- Monitor candidate experience to ensure timely communication and a positive hiring journey.
- Manage job postings, requisitions, and workflow accuracy across assigned communities.
- Track metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, turnover, and non-start rates.
- Analyze labor data (vacancies, overtime, variances) to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead or participate in staffing calls with community leaders to review turnover trends, hiring pipeline, interview outcomes, non-starts, and retention risks.
- Train community teams on ATS usage, recruitment processes, staffing documentation, and reporting accountability.
- Onboard HR CTMs remotely, including all pre-hire screenings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
- Support initiatives to reduce vacancies, agency usage, and overtime costs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare hiring regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within long-term care settings.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruiting and leading employer branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Effective team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build enduring relationships with diverse candidates and leaders.
- Associate degree in human resources or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
