Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows for high-volume commercial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating start dates.
Maintain candidate quality to support strong fill and show rates, as well as retention targets.
Collaborate with department leaders to define accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Utilize company systems to ensure data integrity across all recruiting actions.
Adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Promote the company's image at community events by cultivating relationships with local organizations and leaders.
Enhance the customer service experience to positively influence the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Take on additional duties as assigned.

5+ years of experience in commercial staffing and recruiting, with a recent emphasis on commercial staffing assignments.
Extensive experience recruiting for 3PL and light industrial roles.
Proven track record in high-volume recruiting.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
