Job Description

Senior Recruiter opportunity at Talnt in Chicago, onsite, driving full-cycle hiring and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and sustain high performance.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Foster strong collaborations with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics, evaluate performance data, and report progress to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive ongoing improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness.
  • Work with leadership to forecast staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and innovations in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
