Senior Recruiter opportunity at Talnt in Chicago, onsite, driving full-cycle hiring and strategic workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and sustain high performance.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Foster strong collaborations with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Design and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics, evaluate performance data, and report progress to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive ongoing improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Oversee vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness.
- Work with leadership to forecast staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and innovations in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
