- Collaborate with colleagues in teams including Sourcing and Administration.
- Support high-touch client business units or stakeholder groups that may require additional interview rounds, more data and insight-led consultation, complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures, or engagement with more senior hiring managers.

- Share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, recommending recruitment strategy adjustments such as alternative locations, talent pools, or job description updates.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and ongoing professional development, including engaging passive candidates.
- Create and post compelling, accurate job advertisements to strengthen client brand presence and attract strong applicants.
- Develop sourcing strategies using appropriate channels (including LinkedIn and social media) and maintain a proactive approach for niche and specialist roles.

- Engage candidates professionally across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone) and conduct regular headhunting for specialist talent.
- Assess candidate skills, motivations, and career aspirations to inform selection decisions.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and support long-term talent pool development.
- Present candidates accurately and advocate for diverse and bias-free selection processes.
- Track progress, performance, and relevant data in applicable systems.
- Champion candidates through honest, meaningful career conversations and ensure candidates feel supported and informed throughout the recruitment journey.
- Build lasting relationships so candidates can become long-term advocates even if outcomes are unsuccessful.
Requirements

- Extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment including candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, and offer management.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent, confident hiring decisions against established criteria and take ownership of recruitment outcomes.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering onsite recruitment and assessment events with an efficient, consistent evaluation process.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that build talent pipelines and meet demanding hiring volumes and workforce ramp-up targets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnership-building with hiring managers, site leadership, and internal project teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Bowling Green, Kentucky three days per week, with flexibility for additional onsite requirements as needed.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, including during a new facility launch where priorities and hiring demands may change.
