Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

ATI is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support its Shared Services Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on hourly and salary recruitment for ATI’s manufacturing facilities. This onsite role is based at ATI Corporate HQ in Dallas, TX, working 5 days per week, with secondary office options in Monroe, NC; Cudahy, WI; and Pittsburgh, PA.

What you will do

• Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience while consistently representing ATI in the talent marketplace.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including building talent pools and pipelines.
• Conduct effective phone screens to build a strong candidate pool and support high-quality hires.
• Maintain consistent recruitment and interview practices to ensure fair, reliable assessment and selection.
• Lead hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers to understand business needs, role performance objectives, the position value proposition, and required experiences and competencies.
• Define and execute go-to-market sourcing strategies through channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, professional and industry groups and associations, job boards, direct search, social media, and other recruitment avenues.
• Execute diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate workflow in the ATS (ADP RM), including reviewing and evaluating applications or resumes and disposing of candidates in a timely manner.
• Partner with hiring teams to create and deliver competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Support hiring managers through frequent communication, providing recruitment updates and collecting feedback on candidates.
• Participate in or lead talent acquisition special projects and contribute to performance goals and standards.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, and support campus recruitment, networking events, and career fairs, including on-campus brand building.
• Produce reports on recruiting performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least three years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt engineering, technical, and high-volume production or manufacturing roles.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree: at least seven years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for engineering, technical, and high-volume production or manufacturing roles.

Preferred qualifications

• At least seven years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt/non-exempt engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.
• Recruiting experience in metals, materials, or aerospace and defense.
• Combined experience in corporate recruiting and external agency recruitment.
• Experience using an ATS system such as ADP RM in a process-driven, data-driven environment.
• Experience with Excel, including data, reporting, and analytics.
