EchoStar invites you to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Services team in Englewood, Colorado as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters to draft job descriptions in the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience
  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling and proactively mitigate conflicts
  • Coordinate interviews using text, calls, and emails; keep candidates and the interview team informed, prepared, and on time
  • Maintain and update candidate records in iCIMS
  • Create and refine candidate communication templates, interview prep materials, and engagement touchpoints
  • Ensure timely feedback collection and adherence to processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR operations, or high-volume service delivery environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and Google Suite
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex priorities
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
  • Proven ability to anticipate obstacles and proactively implement solutions
  • Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to champion change and support adoption of new processes or tools
  • High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
