EchoStar invites you to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Services team in Englewood, Colorado as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters to draft job descriptions in the applicant tracking system
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and proactively mitigate conflicts
- Coordinate interviews using text, calls, and emails; keep candidates and the interview team informed, prepared, and on time
- Maintain and update candidate records in iCIMS
- Create and refine candidate communication templates, interview prep materials, and engagement touchpoints
- Ensure timely feedback collection and adherence to processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR operations, or high-volume service delivery environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and Google Suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex priorities
- Analytical mindset to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Proven ability to anticipate obstacles and proactively implement solutions
- Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to champion change and support adoption of new processes or tools
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
