Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prime Healthcare Management Inc plays a key role in delivering full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions within fast-paced healthcare settings. This onsite role in Olympia Fields, IL focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while using ATS and CRM tools and tracking hiring metrics to support staffing needs.

Role Overview

This position manages end-to-end recruiting activities, from candidate sourcing through interview coordination and data reporting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate candidate pipelines, representing the organization through outreach efforts, and supporting a positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Use iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
• Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build and maintain a new graduate pipeline
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is required
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers
• Experience using electronic applicant tracking systems
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Two years of talent acquisition experience including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with healthcare experience

Compensation and Location

Location: Olympia Fields, IL (onsite). Salary range: USD 62,920 to 87,859 per year.

Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees flexibility to tailor benefits according to individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $62,920 to $87,859 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
