Job Description

Raytheon is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume, full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. This remote role is based in the U.S. and is designed to ensure compliant hiring practices while delivering a consistent candidate experience.

In this position, you will partner closely with talent stakeholders and hiring teams to source, screen, and select qualified candidates, using data to improve recruitment outcomes over time. U.S. citizenship is required to access US-only data systems under the program/contract.

Role Overview

  • Own full life cycle recruiting while ensuring each step of the Talent Acquisition process is compliant with Raytheon and OFCCP regulations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through a variety of channels
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal partners including Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards to support compliance and alignment
  • Deliver clear communication and follow-through to support a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment, including engineering talent with security clearances
  • Experience with the Workday Recruiting platform
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract and access US-only data systems

  • Experience sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals across different technical disciplines
  • Proven skills in relationship building, client management, and influencing
  • Strong commitment to candidate experience and representing the RTX brand throughout the talent lifecycle
  • Understanding of employment law principles and DoD compliance regulations

Location & Work Model

  • Phoenix, AZ location with a remote designation (U.S. based)
  • Remote employees work primarily offsite (from home) and may be expected to travel to the site location as needed
  • Candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories)

Compensation

  • USD 68,900 - 131,100 per year
