Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at LifeNet Health plays a key role in full-cycle recruitment, partnering with stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and hire candidates while ensuring compliant, high-quality hiring practices in Virginia Beach.

Role Focus

This position supports end-to-end hiring by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while representing LifeNet Health professionally and helping position the organization as an employer of choice. The role also supports stronger recruiting operations through process improvement and technology optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while representing LifeNet Health professionally.
• Manage relationships with external staffing agencies to support hiring needs.
• Ensure hiring practices align with OFCCP guidelines.
• Optimize the applicant tracking system to improve recruiting workflows and outcomes.
• Educate and collaborate with hiring managers on selection processes.
• Mentor new Talent Acquisition staff to strengthen team performance.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Contribute to long-term hiring strategies, salary determinations, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain confidentiality and continuously improve recruitment processes and standards.

Required Experience

• 5 years of full-cycle, client-facing recruiting in a corporate environment, or 5 years of HR experience with 3 years of full-cycle, client-facing recruiting in a corporate environment.
• 1 year of training and development experience in a corporate environment.

Required Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
