Skilled Recruiter

Dynasty Employment Solutions is hiring a Skilled Recruiter for an onsite, full-time role in Commerce, CA 90040. If you want to build meaningful candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment, you’ll have the tools and autonomy to source, screen, and coordinate placements for skilled trade hiring needs.

What you’ll do

• Source and recruit candidates for skilled trade positions, including operations, maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, and similar roles
• Use Indeed daily to search resumes, identify strong candidates, and turn them into qualified leads
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline to support ongoing staffing requirements
• Work to and maintain daily and weekly hiring/submission goals
• Conduct phone screens that quickly assess skills and fit
• Coordinate interviews and keep clients informed throughout the process
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records from first contact through placement coordination

What you bring

• Must-have: real experience using Indeed to source and recruit candidates
• A proven recruiting track record, with staffing agency experience as a strong plus
• Prior recruiting experience, ideally in skilled trades, manufacturing, or industrial staffing
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfort in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong instincts for screening skilled and technical candidates
• The energy and grit needed to thrive in a fast-moving recruiting workflow
• Bonus: bilingual in English/Spanish

Schedule, location, and pay

• Location: Commerce, CA 90040 (onsite)
• Job type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible hours, plus occasional Saturdays as needed
• Pay: From $25.00 per hour
