Contract Recruiter II

Echodyne is seeking a Recruiter II for a 6-9 month contract to keep full-cycle recruiting running smoothly while supporting efficient hiring operations onsite in Kirkland, WA. This role combines hands-on talent sourcing and candidate experience with recruiting operations, including ATS accuracy and process consistency.

What you’ll do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, shape job requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes.
• Own recruiting from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to support a positive, professional experience.
• Maintain accurate, organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistent documentation.
• Keep recruiting templates, workflows, and scorecards current and aligned with company standards.
• Support headcount tracking, requisition management, and offer approvals in collaboration with the business.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication to ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Help maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organization.
• Contribute to employer branding and outreach initiatives that reflect company culture and values.

What you bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail, including experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes.
• Proven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter (as examples).

• Compensation: USD 40 - 60 per hourly
