The position is based in Tampa, FL, featuring a hybrid on site and remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Post and publish job openings for client roles
• Source candidates for current and future opportunities and share candidate call lists with recruiters
• Review applicants and assess fit against role requirements
• Record candidate activity and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Complete pre-hire steps such as references and background checks
• Prospect and network with potential candidates through cold calls, social media, job boards, and events

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical candidates
• Sales and marketing capabilities
• Interest in advancing to staffing sales or recruiting roles
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
