Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, processing candidate applications, and maintaining accurate recruitment records
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates and conduct initial phone screens
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including online job posting initiatives
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help develop job descriptions and job postings
• Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring prompt, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Complete recruiting-related administrative tasks such as updating job descriptions, tracking candidate status, and generating reports
