Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is hiring a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist for an onsite, full-time role in Newark, NJ 07102. This Monday-Friday position supports full-cycle hiring for both clinical and non-clinical healthcare needs, using advanced sourcing and ATS/CRM tools to help build strong candidate pipelines.

The role focuses on identifying qualified talent, managing recruiter workflow in iCIMS, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and monitoring recruiting performance metrics to support timely requisition progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Use iCIMS ATS and iCIMS CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate records
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
• Screen candidates to validate qualifications, including licensure and certifications, and assess fit
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
• Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build and maintain a new graduate pipeline
• Support a positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers
• Experience using electronic applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Two years of talent acquisition experience including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Healthcare experience

Compensation and Pay Transparency

• Estimated annualized compensation range: $64,209.60 to $86,673.60
• Starting compensation will be determined at selection and may consider skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure
