Talent Acquisition Operations Recruiter

This onsite Talent Acquisition Operations Recruiter role supports Fox Pest Control's home office in Logan, UT, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, strategy development, reporting, and employment branding.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Recruit for roles including Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, Team Leads, Customer Care Managers, and Branch Operations Managers
• Conduct daily activity in the applicant tracking system: posting, processing, pre-screening candidates, and making hiring decisions
• Participate in TA team strategic projects and drive improvement of procedures and systems
• Build relationships with hiring managers, coach them on effective and compliant hiring practices, and provide training as needed
• Collaborate with the Director of TA on process development and continuous improvement
• Source candidates through creative methods (ATS, LinkedIn, resume searches including Indeed)
• Provide basic reporting of KPIs and TA recruiting metrics
• Lead change and improvements in operational hiring practices and SOPs
• This is an in-office position and not remote

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience staffing frontline and entry-level, high-volume positions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage change
• Experience training stakeholders on the importance and use of TA methods and practices
• Solid interpersonal skills
