Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner role at OPENLANE centers on leading high-volume full-cycle recruitment for sales and sales support roles, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver strategic, data-driven hiring and to build strong candidate pipelines, with operations primarily supporting Canada from an onsite basis in Carmel, Indiana.

Role Details

  • Location: Carmel, IN (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year
  • Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and sales support roles across designated Canadian regions, ensuring timely and effective fills.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by building relationships with candidates through social networks, industry connections, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Ensure postings, communications, and hiring processes comply with provincial labor standards and bilingual requirements.
  • Collaborate with TA teammates and leadership on special projects to sustain strategies that deliver excellent service and meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on regional metrics, including Time to Fill, turnover indicators, and bilingual sourcing success, for strategic workforce planning.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging industry networks and passive outreach to build pipelines for key roles and reduce reactive hiring.
  • Maintain credibility with business leaders through consistent results, expectation management, and a positive hiring experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of success in full-cycle recruitment, with emphasis on Sales, Sales Support, and other strategic roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Canadian provincial employment laws and compliance best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with rapid throughput.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Experience using Workday for recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated track record of building partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to motivate and inspire candidates and colleagues.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated desire to learn business needs and success criteria within the organization.

Who You Will Work With

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role collaborates daily with all Human Resources departments, Hiring Partners, and business leaders.
