Job Description
Peak Credit Union offers a remote Talent Acquisition Partner role based in Lacey, WA, with the flexibility to work remotely from Washington or Oregon. This full-cycle recruiter partners with hiring managers and People Business Partners to source, attract, and hire top talent, typically handling 15 to 30 requisitions. Where you will work
Remote role open to candidates residing in Washington or Oregon.
Pay range
The target hourly pay range is $83,424 to $94,800. The full annual pay range is $75,840 to $113,760.
When you’ll be working
Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conducts in-take meetings.
- Sources qualified candidates through a balanced source mix (e.g. passive, active, and referral candidate sources).
- Screens applications.
- Interviews (phone, video, and in-person).
- Coordinates assessments.
- Leads scorecard calibration meetings.
- Provides feedback to hiring managers.
- Facilitates hiring decisions for a wide range of positions in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
- Collaborates with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand business needs.
- Defines role requirements.
- Creates effective, tailored recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates that align to workforce planning needs.
- Cultivates a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication.
- Promotes credit union values and culture.
- Integrates DEI principles throughout all phases of the hiring process.
- Uses applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate and recruitment pipeline, tags, offer letters, employee referrals, and records.
- Partners with cross-functional teams, including Onboarding Experience Partner, People Operations, and Total Rewards.
- Ensures a smooth transition from candidate to employee, reinforcing a positive start to the employee experience.
- Monitors and analyzes full-cycle recruitment metrics and candidate feedback data.
- Provides insights to leadership.
- Recommends strategies to improve hiring process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reports on recruitment performance as requested.
- Provides guidance and training to hiring teams on recruitment best practices.
- Includes interview techniques, candidate assessments, and market trends.
- Leverages social media for sourcing and recruitment.
- Leverages professional networks for sourcing and recruitment.
- Builds and maintains target talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Uses sourcing tools and outreach strategies to maintain pipelines.
- Conducts initial candidate outreach.
- Screens passive candidates.
- Tracks and leverages sourcing metrics.
- Uses labor market insights to inform recruiting strategies.
- Manages and promotes the employee referral program.
- Tracks referral activity.
- Ensures candidate follow-through.
- Delivers engaging employer brand content.
- Enhances networks and partnerships.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preboarding.
