Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner leads end-to-end recruiting and serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers for a designated business function. This onsite role is based at the World Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA, with an option for placement in Conshohocken, PA.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding, delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring partners.
- Serve as the primary decisionmaker on candidate qualification, applying structured evaluation and a deep understanding of role requirements to determine advancement.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them on candidate quality, market realities, and effective hiring approaches.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities, including job posting plans, targeted outreach, and proactive talent pipeline development.
- Provide ongoing market insights such as talent availability, competitive intelligence, and compensation trends to influence hiring decisions and long‑term workforce planning.
- Recommend and adjust sourcing strategies based on data, performance metrics, and evolving business needs to ensure consistent delivery of top talent.
- Evaluate candidates rigorously against role requirements, required competencies, and attributes essential for long‑term success at the organization.
- Guide structured decision‑making by leading hiring teams through candidate debriefs, ensuring alignment and timely status determination.
- Train and coach hiring managers and interviewers on effective selection techniques, behavioral interviewing, and consistent evaluation standards.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate pipelines, manage candidate progression, and monitor funnel health to meet hiring targets.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and implementing best practices across recruitment.
- Ensure compliance and data integrity in all recruiting activities, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to data privacy standards.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
- Craft compelling, high‑impact job descriptions that reflect role expectations, team culture, and the qualities needed for success.
- Represent the organization as an ambassador at select career events, using strong communication skills and cultural awareness to attract top talent.
- Lead the development and delivery of offers, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and timely while aligning with internal guidelines and market expectations.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with new hires to support a smooth transition into the organization and reinforce a positive onboarding experience.
- Ensure all hires meet standards of excellence, upholding a high bar for talent quality and cultural alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned or 10 years of professional experience post academics.
- Willingness to travel to key sites to deepen partnerships, strengthen stakeholder alignment, and immerse in the business.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- A combination of agency and in‑house corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
