Job Description

This Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Partner role identifies, screens, and assesses candidates for multiple business units, while building reliable candidate pipelines. The position also includes Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and key compliance steps such as I-9 verification and new hire orientation support.
What you’ll do
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand current and future talent needs, including networking and ongoing communication with internal hiring managers, external vendors, and candidates.
- Meet with internal hiring managers to discuss upcoming company needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Use creative, cost-aware sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates, leveraging technology, external job boards, career fairs, college fairs, and social media.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to meet service level agreements and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate and execute recruiting strategies end-to-end: source and screen candidates, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, present candidates to hiring managers, and make recommendations.
- Review applicant pools tied to requisitions and identify candidates qualified for phone screening.
- Manage requisitions, maintain candidate databases, and provide status reports in Applicant Tracking System – Recruiting Manager.
- Support background checks, generate and extend offers, and complete required system data entry for new hires.
- Assist with opening and maintaining job requisitions via HRIS software.
- Process background verifications and drug screenings.
- Enter and maintain new hire information in HRIS and assist with scheduling and supporting new hire orientation.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files in line with company policies and government regulations.
- Maintain and update I-9 verifications and driving records as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field from an accredited college or university (preferred), plus at least 2–4 years of recruiting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using conventional, internet, and alternative sourcing techniques, including cold calling, proactive database searches, and referral generation through web mining.
- Proven ability to develop a passive candidate pipeline.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and multi-tasking capability.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High proficiency researching the Internet.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with self-driven initiative.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment and decision-making.

Schedule and location
- Location: Miami, FL (hybrid)
- Work pattern: Based in the Regional Miami office four days a week and one day remotely
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Travel: Occasional travel to communities; occasional travel may also be required to attend training and other company functions
