Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, from intake strategy through offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and leadership, guiding hiring decisions and recruiting approaches.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines via sourcing, networking, referrals, market research, and outbound recruiting efforts.
- Conduct screening interviews and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation.
- Foster a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and market insights to continuously improve strategies, processes, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting workflows, documentation, and candidate management within the ATS to support consistent hiring results.
- Support offer negotiations and align candidate expectations with business needs.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and structured hiring processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill roles, including proactively engaging passive candidates through networking and creative recruiting strategies.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently challenge assumptions and guide hiring decisions.
- Experience using ATS systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Availability
This hybrid role requires a minimum onsite presence of three days per week. Additional onsite attendance is expected to support interviews, recruiting initiatives, collaboration with hiring managers, team meetings, and other business priorities. Typical hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or Saturdays for interviews or recruiting events. The role involves manual tasks such as typing and computer work, and may require lifting 25-35 pounds and standing for extended periods during cross-department activities.
