Talent Acquisition Partner - Senior

Lead end-to-end hiring for a publicly traded financial services organization in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to clarify needs and shape recruiting strategies
• Source, engage, and attract passive talent through a variety of recruiting channels
• Recruit for professional and corporate roles spanning entry-level through Director-level
• Perform resume reviews, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support candidate evaluation
• Deliver market intelligence and hiring insights to internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support process improvement efforts and recruiting-related projects
• Ensure recruiting work follows company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition workload
• Strong skills in sourcing and passive candidate engagement
• Experience recruiting professional, corporate, or business-facing positions
• Ability to influence and advise hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 per year
