Job Description
Based in Lisle, Illinois on site, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter for KONE Americas leads full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and delivering high-quality hires to align with regional talent strategy and business growth.
Overview and Role Context
The role centers on partnering with regional leaders to understand staffing needs, drive proactive search efforts, and manage end-to-end recruitment to support operational priorities across the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure the talent required to support regional business growth and operational needs
- Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting processes
- Execute proactive sourcing to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Develop and maintain candidate pools for current and future opportunities
- Deliver high-quality hires that meet business requirements and timelines
Requirements
- Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume environments, with a proven record of direct candidate sourcing for KONE
- Two or more years of hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, with Workday Recruiting preferred
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive channels
- Three or more years of experience directly sourcing and hiring for skilled trades, manufacturing, field service, or technical/industrial roles
- Two or more years of experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor
- Proven ability to use data, market insights, and talent intelligence to shape recruiting strategies and improve outcomes
- Acts as a strategic talent advisor, earning credibility through consultative insight and a focus on long-term pipeline development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Annual Base Pay Range
The base pay range is USD 93,400 to USD 122,640 per year. The final compensation package depends on meeting role requirements, alignment with business needs, and individual factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
Annual bonus plan with a 10 percent target incentive, split 50/50 between company and individual goals, contingent on the achievement of set targets.
