Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for both high-volume and specialized roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Develop and maintain a robust, diverse talent pipeline aligned with business needs
  • Create data-driven sourcing strategies tailored to workforce goals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing objectives and drive results
  • Advise leaders on compensation, hiring decisions, and market insights
  • Lead kickoff meetings and provide ongoing consultation throughout the hiring process
  • Coach interview teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey that is responsive, transparent, and engaging
  • Utilize technology and tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offers, onboarding support, and HRIS updates
  • Ensure compliance with I-9s, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies for niche hiring needs
  • Contribute to broader Talent & Culture initiatives and culture-building events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Experience recruiting across functions such as financial services, tech, lending, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • California market recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS mining, etc.)
  • Ability to influence, partner with, and advise senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Consultative mindset to better support stakeholders and drive business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • PHR or Talent Acquisition certification a plus
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office

Salary

Hourly pay range: USD 38 - 43 per hour. Actual base pay will be determined by factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
