Truck Driver Recruiter

Bennett Motor Express Management Inc is seeking an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to operate onsite in Casa Grande, AZ. This full-time role focuses on recruiting Class A and Class B CDL drivers in the Phoenix area, coordinating with the safety team, reviewing applications, and maintaining a robust database of contacts and applicants.

Responsibilities

• Distribute approved marketing collateral to prospective Class A and Class B CDL drivers to support recruitment efforts.
• Screen applications to confirm candidates meet the company’s current hiring standards.
• Collaborate with the safety team to process applications so they can be approved and an orientation date can be scheduled.
• Maintain ongoing communication with all contacts and applicants to ensure accurate representation and understanding of the recruitment process.
• Leverage marketing channels such as online job boards, online applications, mail campaigns, internal databases, inbound inquiries, and cold calling to reach candidates.
• Attend field recruiting events as directed by the VP.
• Events may include truck shows, hiring events, and other targeted outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain a contact and applicant database for reporting on demand.
• Submit a weekly activities report to the Director.

Requirements

• Previous experience recruiting truck drivers is required.
• Familiarity with different equipment types is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with computers, fax, and telephone systems is required.
