Reveille Trucking Inc is growing and hiring an experienced Driver Recruiter to help build a stronger CDL Class A driver team. This hybrid remote role is based in Harlingen, TX 78552, and offers a competitive compensation package plus benefits designed for long-term stability and growth.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary and performance bonuses tied to driver hires and retention, with the potential for $45,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year based on results. You will work to source top CDL Class A candidates and manage them through the recruiting pipeline from first contact through orientation.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
- Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
- Advertise openings on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
- Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
- Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results
- Work closely with operations to understand current hiring needs
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience, with transportation industry preferred
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships with drivers
