Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist role is based onsite in Tempe, Arizona, and focuses on shaping Dutch Bros Coffee’s employer brand, CRM strategy, paid media, and social content to attract and engage candidates.

Position Overview

Are you a data driven marketer with a talent for storytelling? Can you translate a brand culture into a talent magnet? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist to drive and elevate our employer brand, oversee CRM initiatives, and lead programmatic recruitment efforts from Tempe, AZ on-site.

Responsibilities

CRM Strategy, Building & Deployment: Serve as the strategic architect and primary operator of the Candidate Relationship Management platform. Design multi touch nurture journeys, segment talent pools (including silver medalists, passive talent, and alumni), write compelling copy, build automated workflows, and deploy campaigns from concept to send.
Driving Talent Funnels: Maintain a robust and ongoing applicant flow across all shop footprints by launching targeted recruitment campaigns and optimizing high volume talent acquisition strategies.
Maintain Recruitment Marketing Budget & Vendor Relations: Oversee daily budget tracking and spending. Maintain strong and productive vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and contract compliance.
Paid Media & Programmatic Advertising: Define and execute the recruitment advertising strategy. Manage budgets and optimize programmatic ad spend to reach the right talent pools at the lowest possible cost-per-hire.
Social Media & Content Partnership: Collaborate with internal Culture and Corporate Brand teams to co create authentic, high impact content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Reputation Management (Glassdoor & Beyond): Own presence on Glassdoor, Indeed, and other employer review sites. Monitor reviews, respond authentically, and leverage insights to continuously improve our employer reputation.
Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment marketing metrics (for example, cost per application, CRM open/conversion rates, social media growth, and source of hire). Use data to pivot strategies in real time.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or traditional growth marketing/lead generation.
Ability to think strategically about candidate journeys while enjoying hands on building campaigns and infrastructure.
Hands on experience building and deploying workflows within Candidate CRMs (e.g., Beamery, Gem, Phenom) and managing programmatic job advertising tools (e.g., Appcast, Recruitics) is preferred.
A deep understanding of what resonates on LinkedIn versus Instagram versus TikTok, with the ability to track social trends and translate them into employer brand wins.
Focus on conversions, not just clicks; comfortable tracking a candidate journey from a TikTok video or a Glassdoor review through to an offer.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge recruiting and other functional teams.

Job Description

Priority-1 Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit top talent while refining the company's hiring processes.

Responsibilities

Create job requisitions and track candidate status through the hiring process
Source candidates across multiple platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake
Screen applicants and refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager for interviews; conduct initial screening to collect work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
Draft and update job descriptions as needed
Maintain candidate data in internal databases
Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants as needed
Generate reports on new hire metrics
Manage the employee referral program, solicit referrals, and handle bonus requests

Requirements

A college degree is preferred but not required
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
Strong organizational skills for desk, computer tasks, and workflow management
