Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruiting for high-volume, operations-focused field roles at MedSpeed. This position serves as a primary point of contact for candidates and works closely with hiring managers to bring open roles to completion, including coordination through onboarding and HR processes.

Compensation

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
Bonus: Discretionary bonus available

Core Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles, from sourcing through onboarding, aligning candidate attraction with MedSpeed mission and culture.
Partner with field hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver recruiting solutions tailored to team goals.
Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accurate, detailed notes and coordinated progress to maintain momentum and a positive candidate experience at each stage.
Coordinate and execute selection activities, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling, to support an efficient hiring process.
Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms to stay ahead in identifying strong talent.
Work with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding workflows, supporting new hires in starting strong and feeling welcome.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy recruiting environment and support team success.
Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to support recruiting growth and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience, with success in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies to business goals.
People-centric approach with strong professionalism and the ability to create impactful first impressions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Collaborative mindset and experience contributing across departments to achieve shared objectives.
Initiative and results-oriented work style, with confidence taking action independently.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities autonomously while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.
Adaptability to change, comfort in multitasking, and a service-driven orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred), with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist to drive and elevate our employer brand, oversee CRM initiatives, and lead programmatic recruitment efforts from Tempe, AZ on-site.

Responsibilities

CRM Strategy, Building & Deployment: Serve as the strategic architect and primary operator of the Candidate Relationship Management platform. Design multi touch nurture journeys, segment talent pools (including silver medalists, passive talent, and alumni), write compelling copy, build automated workflows, and deploy campaigns from concept to send.
Driving Talent Funnels: Maintain a robust and ongoing applicant flow across all shop footprints by launching targeted recruitment campaigns and optimizing high volume talent acquisition strategies.
Maintain Recruitment Marketing Budget & Vendor Relations: Oversee daily budget tracking and spending. Maintain strong and productive vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and contract compliance.
Paid Media & Programmatic Advertising: Define and execute the recruitment advertising strategy. Manage budgets and optimize programmatic ad spend to reach the right talent pools at the lowest possible cost-per-hire.
Social Media & Content Partnership: Collaborate with internal Culture and Corporate Brand teams to co create authentic, high impact content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Reputation Management (Glassdoor & Beyond): Own presence on Glassdoor, Indeed, and other employer review sites. Monitor reviews, respond authentically, and leverage insights to continuously improve our employer reputation.
Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment marketing metrics (for example, cost per application, CRM open/conversion rates, social media growth, and source of hire). Use data to pivot strategies in real time.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or traditional growth marketing/lead generation.
Ability to think strategically about candidate journeys while enjoying hands on building campaigns and infrastructure.
Hands on experience building and deploying workflows within Candidate CRMs (e.g., Beamery, Gem, Phenom) and managing programmatic job advertising tools (e.g., Appcast, Recruitics) is preferred.
A deep understanding of what resonates on LinkedIn versus Instagram versus TikTok, with the ability to track social trends and translate them into employer brand wins.
Focus on conversions, not just clicks; comfortable tracking a candidate journey from a TikTok video or a Glassdoor review through to an offer.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge recruiting and other functional teams.
