Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Description
Priority-1 Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Tempe, AZ to strengthen recruiting and selection processes. In this onsite role, you will support end-to-end hiring by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining organized candidate data while partnering with internal teams and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create job requisitions and manage candidate status throughout the hiring cycle.
- Source candidates across multiple platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake.
- Screen and refer qualified applicants to the hiring manager for interviews; may conduct initial screening to collect work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
- Craft and update job descriptions.
- Organize candidate information in internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed.
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics.
- Support the employee referral process, including requesting referrals and managing bonus requests.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting and HR team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices to generate qualified applicants.
- Use recruiting tools such as tests and assignments to assess candidate skills.
- Assist with updating social media and company branding on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Help coordinate the company newsletter to support branding.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred; not required.
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Strong desk, computer, workflow organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: USD 40,000 per year, plus commissions.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Job functions involve long periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation. The role requires multi-tasking, problem-solving, and prioritizing daily workload, along with excellent organization and record keeping. Communication will be primarily via telephone and email, requiring comfort with oral and written communication.
