Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruiting for high-volume, operations-focused field roles at MedSpeed. This position serves as a primary point of contact for candidates and works closely with hiring managers to bring open roles to completion, including coordination through onboarding and HR processes.

Compensation
- Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
- Bonus: Discretionary bonus available
Core Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles, from sourcing through onboarding, aligning candidate attraction with MedSpeed mission and culture.
- Partner with field hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver recruiting solutions tailored to team goals.
- Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accurate, detailed notes and coordinated progress to maintain momentum and a positive candidate experience at each stage.
- Coordinate and execute selection activities, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling, to support an efficient hiring process.
- Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms to stay ahead in identifying strong talent.
- Work with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding workflows, supporting new hires in starting strong and feeling welcome.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy recruiting environment and support team success.
- Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to support recruiting growth and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience, with success in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies to business goals.
- People-centric approach with strong professionalism and the ability to create impactful first impressions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset and experience contributing across departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Initiative and results-oriented work style, with confidence taking action independently.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities autonomously while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.
- Adaptability to change, comfort in multitasking, and a service-driven orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred), with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
