The Law Group, APLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Legal Recruiting Manager to lead the firm’s talent acquisition efforts. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, designs and executes sourcing strategies to attract top legal professionals, and strengthens the employer brand within a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end talent acquisition plans aligned with the firm’s staffing goals.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team to uphold high standards and efficiency.
Build and sustain relationships with law schools, legal associations, and other talent sources.
Manage candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver a smooth recruitment experience.
Monitor recruitment metrics and use insights to continuously optimize processes.
Elevate the firm’s employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in legal recruitment, ideally in a leadership capacity.
Deep understanding of the legal industry and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Experience managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and metrics.

Job Description

Modern Family Law is seeking a remote Legal Talent Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for both legal and corporate roles. This position operates remotely with residency required in Texas or Colorado, and offers a salary range of $80,000 - $97,500 per year.

Responsibilities

Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish all job postings.
Source and recruit legal talent to fill current or future firm locations under guidance from departmental leadership.
Post and source for corporate talent as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
Develop thoughtful, professional relationships with candidates to positively represent the firm.
Recruit and source top talent in line with strategies set by the Director of People & Culture, the Legal Talent Recruiting Manager, and the Chief Executive Officer.
Review candidate applications, including resumes, cover letters, and writing samples, and apply independent judgment to evaluate qualifications.
Conduct Zoom interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for further consideration.
Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring inclusivity and compliance with labor laws.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team on compensation, benefits, and offer packages.
Prepare accurate offer letters and onboarding documents for selected candidates.
Support onboarding tasks for new hires in coordination with the People & Culture Coordinator and Manager.

Requirements

Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet and a functional workstation.
Minimum of two (2) years of legal recruiting experience.
Direct legal sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency.
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Zoom.
